Alpha Clan Elite is currently allied with Knights Of Arcea (KOA), which is led by Duke Rockwall, aka Lord_Rockwall, aka Cheez-it, aka Rockwall. All ACE members are hence to treat KOA members as if they were fellow ACE brethren. Many KOA members have been drifting in and out of inactivity these past months, so all ACE members, if they encounter KOA members in Stellar Frontier or elsewhere, are encouraged to check to make sure they are aware of the ACE-KOA Alliance.

They're not currently listed on the Fleet Roster because they aren't a currently active fleet. That hardly means they don't exist.

KOA was an active fleet back when ACE and KOA entered into the Alliance.

No, it really wasn't. It hasn't been really active in years and the latest "activity" was during the KD time when KOA was targeting you. The alliance was made with Rockwall recently when he surfaced for about a day and a half.
